Further to Decision No D130064MEM, the report gave details of a proposed easement across Sovereign Way North Car Park for the landing of a pedestrian bridge and pedestrian route through the car park in order to safeguard the future provision of the bridge.
Following consideration by the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Innovation and Property resolved that:
Approval be given to the grant of an easement as detailed in the report.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board of 24 July 2013 (contains exempt information).
